This is Dodge and here is his story: This scared adorable boy was found hanging around our Ver Plank Rd. Job Site. He was seen there for at least a week with out any food or water. We are led to believe his previous owners had abandoned him. Thankful our Framing Crew had been keeping an eye on him and had contacted us on this matter. Our Production Manager Stacy Sheppard called the Town of Clay Animal Control.They had asked us if we would be willing to allow them to trap this scared boy into a cage. This cage has a door that closes when the animal steps on the food plate. We agreed that he needed help. It took a day and they relocated the trap to a different location at our Wildflower subdivision but mid-morning the second day they had success and were able to get him. When the dog was finally in the van Cory the owner of our Framing Crew immediately came up and said a crew member of his Kyle wanted the dog. As soon as the dog was cleared from Animal Control Cory took him right to the vet and had his shots administered and gave him a bath. They thought that the dog had been on his own for a whole month! Dodge now lives happily with Kyle and is a very good dog! A special thanks to our Eldan Homes Crew. We are proud that we have such amazing and caring people on our team!!!
