This is Frosty. This is the boy who roamed the streets of Oregon, Ohio for weeks before anyone was able to catch him. His first photo here I have posted was when he was feeling defeated, and the second one is when we got him to safety. Frosty was on his own for a while, and finally made it to Lucas County Canine Care and Control where the nice people there care for him. Unfortunately this boy who is very near and dear to my heart needs a rescue and a foster. He failed the eating portion of his assessment and for that reason he is not available for adoption. This dog deserves so much, and for that matter I am asking for all your help. When I and another volunteer transported him he was nothing but love and kisses. So, now that you have made it this far through the post, who is willing to take Frosty? Any donations towards him would make it very easy for a rescue to pull him (and that will all be decided and set up once we secure a rescue) Thank you so much in advance for all of your help in this matter.
