This is Government insanity taken to the extreme. Since the passage of Sarbanes Oxley in 2002, legislation originally aimed to hold senior Corporate execs responsible for all illegal acts committed by the corp, the Govt has only prosecuted one Corp exec under this law, Richard Scrushy , former head of HealthSouth, and lost.....Now they are going after fisherman who allegedly threw away fish....Give me a break. At least Kennedy nails it with this quip, “Perhaps Congress should have called this the Sarbanes-Oxley Grouper Act.”
