This is Nick from 220. First, I talked with HTC a couple of weeks ago about our situation. The lady I spoke with said that since our community was in a "transition" period between HOAs (the old head being Mr. Oliver and the new being Mr. Mysterious), they would not cut off our services until the new HOA fully took over and the situation with the management company was resolved. So, at least we have our cable for now. Second, the lady let it slip that Parker Homes purchased our property. The only company I know under that name is RS Parker homes. I called them yesterday and they said they did not purchase Charleston Lakes. Third, while talking with the lady from HTC, she mentioned that Wright Management has a continued history of being behind on their payments. So, whenever we find out who this new builder is, we might want to band together and see if we can get a new management company to represent us instead of Wright Management.
