When that cruel, internal heckler, that sits on surface of our hearts, attempts to smother, strangle, and suffocate you today with words like: Youre going to just like your good for nothing mom or dad You are unqualified Shame on you You will never be able to outrun your past You are not gifted You are hardly ready for .... Stop trying to get better Youll never change Youre not a good leader, Snatch out his/her (whatever gender your heckler is) voice box with: My heavenly Father loves me unconditionally. I am forgiven. I have a hope and a future. Quiet your heckler with: I am more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus. I am more than what has happened to me. Muzzle that abrasive annoyance with: There is therefore no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. Tell that heckler to shut up and declare with everything in you: I am a treasured child of the King. Have a heckler-free day. ~ Pastor Marvin
