This is Pomaikai, a friendly stray cat that was rescued by our neighbors. They had been wielding next door and Pomaikai had accidentally gotten into their work zone. His tail was injured and now needs to be amputated. We took this boy to the Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital yesterday for an estimated vet bill. Pomaikai will be undergoing his surgery tomorrow morning.
