This is SO true! Its funny how we convince ourselves that people are judging us. Heavy people are scared people look down on them for being overweight. Older people wonder if the young people judge them for being too old for their cool gym. Have you ever gone to church and thought less of someone because they were there? No! The same goes for the gym! We fit people CELEBRATE when we see all shapes, sizes, races, ages & people with limitations striving to get fit! Actually, its THOSE people that can be MORE motivating to me than the fit people!! Can I hear an AMEN people?!!
