This is Sabino Serrano a good friend of mine. He is 33 yrs young && has colon cancer that has now progressed into his kidneys. He has been in & out of the hospital for the past 3 yrs. He does not have health insurance due to his citizen status. His mother & sister Diana Mrtnz will be selling enchilada plates & tortas on Fridays for donations or tips to help with bills. The enchiladas are corn tortillas dipped in their special Chile sauce with mashed potatoes on the inside, covered with cabbage, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and a piece of chicken also dipped in the sauce then fried. The torta is the Mexican sandwich which is bolio bread also dipped in the sauce then has shredded chicken with all the toppings!
