This is Something that Im posting for My own benefit more than anybody else s, Having always believed that a Man never discloses His issues to anybody & now at 47 yrs of age after coming to the conclusion that if I dont talk then I am at a very high risk of committing suicide just as My Brother did some years ago.I have Depression,have always had Depression & will always have Depression & no,I cant just get over it.Every day is a struggle to get up,shower & keep going,particularity right now.I am blessed with a Loving Partner (who puts up with way more than She need do) A Fantastic Mother whom has supported Me all the way through many years of blackness,always got My back & at 82 yrs of age continues to do so.some of the Greatest Friends Anybody could ever wish for.All I am trying to say in My own way to People like Myself is keep plowing ahead & dont give up.
