This is UNBELIEVABLE and UNACCEPTABLE. This little boy is barely five years old and is being threatened with a paddling (written in orange on the progress report in the picture) with a wooden board kept in his kindergarten classroom because he is talking and playing too much. Talking and playing, exactly what tiny, active, little boys and girls should be doing at barely five years old. Please take a moment to sign this petition to have corporal punishment banned in schools.
