This is Veterans Day weekend. Veterans Day is the holiday to remember & thank the men & women who were in military service to our country AND are still with us! So tell them thank you!! Memorial Day is when we remember those who died in service to their country. To the many veterans I know, Mr. Charles, Mike John Michael McDowell, Ray Green, Roy Smith, Jim Prosser, Gary Bowser, Doug Fraser, Bill Calhoun & Eddie Poppi Abel --thank you! Now, two very special veterans, my parents, Howard & Jean Guffey, a big thank you! Not only did you give a service to our country, but you gave me an education of meeting many wonderful people & learning to have confidence to make friends & try new things & new ideas. It wasnt always easy & I didnt really appreciate till I was older ( & wiser) but I am grateful & blessed! Thank you Mother & Daddy--I love you!
