This is a bit of a rant, frustration, cry for help....I have had Thyroid Disease for 14 years (Hashimotos with Goiter). Today, for the first time ever, after a blood draw this MORNING I got a call from my doctor at 1pm that my numbers were off...(high TSH, low T4). What is weird is that normally my labs are within normal range...not this time. So she upped my meds (again). Can I just say how sick I am of increased meds that literally do nothing for me? Then how.....if exhaustion is just one of my symptoms am I to find the slightest bit of motivation to do any sort of physical activity? Even the thought of preparing a good for me meal exhausts me. Im just so sick of feeling crappy! Whats probably the most frustrating is having no one in my life who really understands...I mean REALLY understands....Thyroid disease is real. With real and awful side effects......I NEED help. Are any of my friends out there experiencing any of this? Lets talk. Lets share ideas. Im sick of this! If you are still reading...thanks for letting me rant! Im at the end of my rope with this stupid disease!!
