This is a brief account of what transpired from my Observations regarding the Independent Inquiry on possible breaches of Human Rights abuses occuring within the MRPC.The Inquiry concluded its (5) Days Findings as of Friday 21st March 2014 at the Lorengau Court House. (1) Court Party: Judge Cannings; Frazer Pitpit (Pub Sol-Transferees); Ian Molloy and Peter Kuman (State Counsel); Amnesty International (2) Press: NBC Manus; The National; Post Courier; AAP; Liam Fox (3) Nine (9) Affidavits presented (Transferees In Person) (4) Appointed Doctor (Public Health) Dr Crouch (5) Aust Human Rights Lawyer-Jay Williams. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,1) Transferees from Christmas Island were never Charged for Illegal Entry into Aust waters nor into PNG. 2) Transferees were much later informed or never at all as to their Rights to seek Legal Assistance. *The economic Spin-Offs must be the last thing on our minds right now*
