This is a case where this man knows his natural rights and is also educated about the corporate maritime laws that our courts follow. NATURAL LAW TRUMPS MARITIME LAW EVERY TIME.... there is too much to educate you to for me to write here.. Natural or Common Law will always prevail but you must educate yourself to present your case in the proper framework. You must never agree to the terms of the court or you give them your consent to rule over you. Once this man got the judge to abandon (ship) the courtroom, the case against him is dismissed. NO MAN HAS THE RIGHT TO RULE OVER ANY OTHER ! ! PERIOD ! ! UNDER COMMON (natural) LAW, IF THERE IS NO INJURED PARTY, THERE IS NO CRIME ! ! PERIOD ! ! Educate yourself about the differences between common law and maritime law. Maritime law is what our courts use AND IT IS WRONG ! ! THE SYSTEM IS A COMPLETE FRAUD AND IS NOT MEANT TO GOVERN OVER FREE MEN AND WOMEN IN THE MANNER WHICH THEY PRETEND IT DOES ! ! KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.... EDUCATE YOURSELF.. LEARN YOUR RIGHTS AND ASSERT THEM... IN THIS CASE THE RIGHTS THIS MAN ASSERTED ARE OLDER THAN OUR CONSTITUTION AND CANNOT BE DENIED ! !
