This is a community created to connect single or group of person who plays their roll for nationwelfare. Here we go to discuss the problems challenge the nation growth (corruption, miss management, terrorism, family politics, disputes between state & central government etc.,) & find the remedies to brighten the society’s future by transform common man dreams to reality. “To bring about a significant positive change in the society” Here the problem in India is communities. We split in different group (Religion, caste, Language & nowadays in different political parties). Even while we fight for our right also we join the hand to the particular group which we known. This will not make some dramatic change & you can’t find solution for the problem. Then the problem destroyed from your eyes within a short period this is what happening now. Identify and gather a group of skilled individuals who would take a task to convey the message to their own community. Create reliable link between the individuals & Create awareness among the different community through the individual. Contribute your effort by invite the worthy individual. சமுதாயத்தின் வளர்ச்சியில் அக்கறைகொண்ட ஒவ்வொரு தனிமனிதனையோ அல்லது சமூக ஆர்வலர்களை கொண்ட குழுவை ஒன்றாக இணைக்கவே இந்த இளைஞர் எழுச்சி கழகம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.இங்கு நாம் சமுதாயத்தின் வளர்சிக்கு தடங்கலாக விளங்கும் லஞ்சம், ,ஊழல்,குடும்ப அரசியல்,தீவிரவாதம்,தவறான ஆளுமை, சமுதாயத்தை சிரளிக்கும் பிரச்சனைகள் போன்ற பல்வேறுப் பிரச்சனைகள்பற்றி விவாதிக்க இருகிறோம்.இதன்மூலமாக தனிமனிதனின் கனுவுஹளை நினைவாக்கி ஒளிமயமான சமுதாயத்தை உருவாக்குவோம். இங்குநாம் எதிர்கொள்ளும் பிரச்சனை என்வென்றால் மாறுபட்ட கருத்துகளை உடைய பல்வேறு சமூகம் என்பதுதான். இங்குநாம் ஜாதி,மதம்,இனம்,மொழி என்று பிரிந்துகிடக்கிரோம். ஒரு சமூதாய பிரச்சனைக்காக போராட்டத்தில் இடுபடும்போதும்கூட தனி தனி சமூகமாக பிரிந்தே போராடுகிறோம். அதனால் அந்த போராட்டம் வலுவிழந்து காணப்படுகிறது பின்பு நாளிடைவில் அது உங்கள் கண்களில் இருந்து மறைந்து விடுகிறது சமூகத்தின்மீது ஆர்வமுள்ள சிறந்த கருதுக்களைகொண்ட ஒவ்வொரு தனிநபரையும் இணைப்பதின் மூலமாக.அணைத்து சமுதாயத்தையும் ஒன்றிணைத்து தவறுகளை எதிர்த்து போராடவும் சமுதாயத்தின் ஒளிமயமான எதிர்காலத்தை உருவாக்கவும் முடியும். எனவே நீங்கள் நன்குஅறிந்த சமூக அரவலர்களை இளைஞர் எழுச்சி கழகத்தில் இணைக்க முயற்சி எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன் https://facebook/groups/riceyourvoice/
