Strawberry was seen running around a local neighborhood for a few weeks before a Good Samaritan living in the neighborhood helped bring her to the shelter. She is pure black and weighs approximately 85 pounds though she arrived at the shelter very underweight and needs to gain about 10 pounds to reach her ideal weight. As this sweetheart LOVES treats, she is already making great progress. Strawberry is a big girl with a big heart. This gentle giant loves attention, including pets and snuggles. She is calm and relaxed, likes other dogs and walks quite well on leash. Dont let her size fool you, this sweetie has a heart of gold.
