Incoming Message: A desperate plea to ask if you can help rescue two lovely dogs from North Tipp Dog Pound (as you will know, a high kill rate pound) who are now on borrowed time. I have attached a photo of each of these beautiful dogs. Surely we must be able to save them. They both deserve to find a loving home.
