This is a great tune. Its gone viral over night with good reason. Parts Rick James, Michael Jackson, P-Funk and Earth Wind & Fire. Which begs the question: why are homages to the music that was in our DNA for 50 years and on our radio every minute of every day suddenly being hailed as awesome? It was always awesome and for some unfathomable reason everyone stopped making it. Clearly this is whats ALWAYS turned people on. So, I propose that the artists banging their heads against blank walls ditch the black mascara dirges, the vaccuous pop and shoe gazing indie mopery and go back to writing music that the MAJORITY of people like.
