This is a huge recognition of our own power-of-choice in being responsible for our part in every interchange. When we decide that our own rights are as equally important as any other persons we begin to understand respect and trust through experiencing self-respect and self-trust. We empower ourselves or disempower ourselves through our own thinking. Generally, such shifts in thinking moves us from chasing the negative, into directing the actions of the positive. As our attention flows more naturally to the actively creative experiencing of our emotions directly and positively in our Self-to-self self regard and practical assistance, we need not worry over stopping anything; and old thinking and behaviors automatically slide away when we naturally transfer our energy into shaping any new, healthier more enjoyable expression. When we are so involved with what we are starting, we hardly notice what we have natually had to stop in order to do this. The key to any of these sorts of changes will always be equality, as we free ourselves from the manipulations of others contradictive misconceptions by replacing them with our own wiser reasoning and vision. We stop by starting, leave by going, learn by doing.
