This is a man named Hun Sen. He is a former Khmer Rouge leader along with Pol Pot and among many others that had ruled Cambodia from 1975 through 1979. The group of this man had killed my father, my uncles, my cousins, my grandfathers as the head of the Buddhist monks or temples, and made my life live in separation from family members during his group that was ruling Cambodia for almost five years. Therefore, I would like to have my serious demand and request from the ICC to consider and review on Hun Sen and other crimes among Hun Sen, himself as soon as in 2014.
