This is a message from one of our Dunamix Dance Project families that I wanted to share with you, this is why I do what I do….As Chloes dance instructors, I just wanted to share something that I pray blesses you, as it did me: Chloe started her first year of high school at (UN NAMED HIGH) the other day and found out that there were try-outs for the schools hip-hop team. It was to be a 3-day audition, but after the first day she said she wouldnt be going back. Perplexed, I wondered if it was perhaps her nerves or if she was intimidated by the level of difficulty. It was neither. She didnt want to continue, because she said the music and the moves were inappropriate and too provocative. Im not comfortable dancing to bad lyrics and the moves made us look like pole dancers and strippers! That said, Im so thankful to God for what Dunamix offers in teaching that one can,Dance with Integrity! Its a blessing to know that she can practice and enjoy her craft, without compromising her character! To God be the Glory! Thank you, Dunamix!
