This is a misunderstanding in our industry. The cab industry in New Orleans is like no other in this country. Let the truth be told, our cabs have always had the essentials. The public needs to know something. The drivers have been mistreated for months. The gambit runs from A-Z. The tour guide is just the beginning of a book of reforms that came in the wrong way. How do we treat people we see everyday less than productive citizen, and give them no reason to come to the table of understanding. Cab drivers have been treated less than the productive people they are in this city. Cabs have been burned, computer destroyed in cabs, due to the equipment, credit cards processing companies not paying drivers up to $7,000.00, man we have been had. And we are MAD. And dont mention the pepper spray. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
