This is a public apology for my outraged comments of yesterday in which I shamefully decried the wisdom of allowing the BBC to film Lymes parking problem and, as the BBC deliberately chose Red Arrows Day on which to film, to effectively fit us up like a kipper. I now accept that local authorities concerned could not have seen that coming and I was wrong to assume that they would have professional PR prescience. I would also like to thank the BBC as following the screening there were many more spaces available in Lyme today than usual. Although this may be due to my personal hairdressers and stylists moving into Holmbush.
