This is a really cool recipe book. They give you a recipe for a flour blend and all the recipes then call for their blend or of two common store-bought blends. I made their blend and it was really simple. The book is full of recipes like bread, cake, pie crust, pizza dough and so on. I only made the cupcakes so far and they are the best gf cupcakes I ever tasted. If all of the other recipes are just as good, this book will be a winner. This book is from Americas Test Kitchen so it also goes into the science of all their recipes.
