This is a remarkable fact worth sharing.. Japan is the only country which celebrate the Birth of Counrty Feb 11-- a tradition which can go back to more than 2600 years.. The symbol of nation, Heisei Emperor is a decedent of a family which go back before Jesus .. The country which respect history, tradition and family, its roots continue to have distinct identity.. I think we are facing a new phase of global world where Japanese people can share some of the great lesson of PEACEFUL society .. which respect Elders, other value systems... I call this recent phenomenon .. Back to the Future.. to 1970s... where Japan was globalizing in economic system, I believe we are in the 2nd phase of Japanese(Eastern) influence of teaching by doing, teaching by setting good examples of respect, and humbleness..Thank you Ihara san for sharing this interesting video.. There is so much can be said about the longevity of a nation, and its people too. We can learn so much from history.. then we know where we should go ...
