This is a short sample of what lies ahead when Justin Spencers book is released. Its a good message that we can all relate to but after reading it myself Im wondering where I can get my hands on some red ping pong balls. I like Justins idea of tossing them at people complaining about their life but not taking the initiative to make changes. I believe personal transformation can only happen when we decide to make changes. One step is going to get you a lot farther than not moving at all. I like what you wrote Justin and am excited about your book getting out here in our hands.
