This is a sincere question I have because as me having the gift of teaching, anyone that I instruct or teach, I desire them to excel beyond where I am, even with what God has given me; I do not think I have the monopoly on what is being taught. With that being said. why is it in this area that pastors have a problem with their ministers ministering especially if you are the one who ordained them? Questions 2- Why is it that the pastors do not allow the ministers they ordained to have at least one Sunday out of the month and do Bible study at least once or twice out of the month. I know of two or three churches who utilizes their ministers, but there seem to be a issue for the Gadsden Area. How as a pastor do you cultivate, correct and teach if you do not allow the ministers to be utilized. Why is it easier for pastors to invite a guest minister to do conferences, special days, etc and do not use what God has given you in the house? Food for thought?
