This is a solid, impressive effort led by a great coach and a rugby man with impressive thoughts and innovation. My thoughts go to every high school and college in the country can learn from this and the benefits are immense for both sports. Football becomes more and more safe, players also can become fitter and more athletic by choosing rugby as their spring sport. Rugby gets athletes, recognition and a fast track into the mainstream...USAR or at least each State org should have a strategy to talk with every football team, coach and administrator they can...
