This is a vegan & gluten free brownie bite from The Gallery Cafe in Bethnal Green, London. We had a delicious breakfast. They didnt get scrambled tofu quite right either ( found the same at La Suite West in London which was dreadful tofu ) but otherwise it was fab. Im quite exhausted with all the travelling & tasting breakfasts in London, not as exciting as I thought it would be. And Im not done yet! The mag has given me 1 week to do it?!? Its such a busy week with a health crisis ( non food related ) to boot. Its incredibly hard to find good vegan breakfasts, if it was lunch or dinner I would be all done! Anyhow... definitely recommend The Gallery Cafe, really good food.
