This is a very relevant bill which failed and I would like your opinions please: It shall be lawful for any person to videotape, film or otherwise record any uniformed law enforcement officer, firefighter or conservation officer while such law enforcement officer, firefighter or conservation officer is performing the duties related to their office; provided, that any person videotaping, filming or otherwise recording such duties shall not interfere with the performance of such duties. No state agency or political subdivision of the state shall enact any rule, regulation or policy to infringe on the rights established by this section.
