This is a very sad and disturbing story of a trend in our country. My opinion is that this is what happens when people in any occupation are not punished and or fired for poor, inadequate, incompetent, dangerous to others and self work ethics. And also when the very same department in which you normally build cases with and support on a daily bases do the internal investigations to decide if punishment will be handed down. This could be fixed easily if this was changed and a neutral investigation comity made up of regular citizens was put into place... Kinda like a Jury and always changing. So what are we waiting for???
