This is a video of the activity around the time I heard a shot on Halloween Night. Other notes - I got out of my car late that night. I was maybe listening to my radio, or arranging some stuff in my car first. I then heard shot as I was getting out of car. - There is a wood fence and bushes behind my house, so I dont think he had time to get in position to get a clear shot to me. He probably just shot up in the air. I think its possible he was going to try and get me at my car. He had the timing down. But I got out of car late that night. So he just had to pass. He maybe shot up in the air from Carolls as a second choice, to scare me. - The shot took place around the time of a wind gust. The shot did not even sound like a shot on tape. It was so loud it did not even register. But I heard it. And no it was not a wind gust that made that break in the record, because I had lots of wind gusts on tape that night and other nights, and none of them made that sound. Also just out of curiosity, I timed myself and reenacted it, to see how long it would take, roughly, to get out cell phone and call non-emergency etc., and it took about a little less than a minute. So that must have been the time of the shot sound, because you can hear me talking to 911 about a minute later. -Notice that the black SUV passing has something shiny, like a shiny small line, at the front, on the side of car, near the front wheel. That is also the same area that the shiny silver Grand Cherokee logo is, on Jeeps. - I am not that sure about the black SUV on Round 2, and if it is the same. One thing interesting to note though. I timed myself, and it takes about 2:25 minutes to drive from Carolls Engine Shop, then back to King, waiting at the long traffic light there, and up Sunset, then to in front of my house again. That is also the length of time that this SUV in this video took, from the shot, to be in front of my house again. - Also the black SUV came by 23 seconds after I did. I timed it, and that means he was either stopped at Sunset Drive and turned, the turning part takes some extra time, or he was about a block and a half back, up on Sunset Terrace, between Sunset Drive and Holman.
