This is Graphic, but necessary for all to see how cruelty can affect all of us! Boy-dog had to escape, how many more dogs are like this where ever he came from? Are there more helpless dogs waiting to be rescued? We can only pray that there are no more victims of this kind of enslavement. If you or your neighbors ever see this kind of treatment to any animal or any One, PLEASE, PLEASE let someone know! This is absolutely Wrong, wrong to treat any creature, great or small!
