This is a week of court for the river, and the people on the pipeline which is currently being dug - so I want to bring the amendments on the election down to us so you can see clearly what is at stake. US Nitrogen has trespassed on many. One person is suing over their callous injury of his horse and he had to put the horse down. People on the pipeline are suing. What is at stake is your land, your air and your water. The People have had to resort to the courts due to the corrupt nature of this whole Yankee enterprise. The Governor wants to appoint 29 judges to the appellate. and a few to the Supreme Court. See how that would work? Appointees are beholding to the Governor not to you the people. Hes gotten away with it for awhile , stop him or you will have no STATE left. Amendment 2. NO. The IDB of Greeneville is out of line, and the Partnership. Dont let a corrupt Governor take your vote from judges away. Never give away your vote. EVER. They cant take it, unless you give it. Also No on 1, 3, and 4. Thank you.
