This is a wonderful story about two friends of mine (Lee), Nicole Andergard and Jennifer Rigert Browning. Nicole is a living kidney donor for her friend Anna and Jennifers mother donated a kidney to her! They were both teammates of mine at the Transplant Games this year in Houston. Its safe to say that both ladies were two of the best female participants who competed at the Games. Both won multiple, multiple medals! Here are another two stories that show the success of transplantation and how living donors and organ recipients continue to thrive years after transplant! Amen!!!
