This is about the young man who weve been praying for who was in a coma from a car wreck. Thank you all for the prayers. Friday- 12/12 By Jaime Lauber — 7 hours ago Another awesome day in the books for Taylor! He had all of his therapy done by mid morning and did wonderful! He took a walk with Physical Therapy today with NO walker and was even able to do a couple of stairs. Im pretty sure the therapists are tired of his crazy family. We all follow him around wherever he goes because its like watching your child accomplish something awesome for the first time….walking,talking, smiling. We all start tearing up every time he accomplishes another task. So far, he has made everything look rather effortless:) Actually, the staff has told us to keep doing what we are doing because they often see people recover quicker when they have a good support system. Well we are here for you buddy and we arent going anywhere! He has an entire army of support from family and friends. The staff here just loves him…can you blame them?!:) He is still having some times of confusion and agitation(mostly at night) but all is to be expected with the severity of his injury. He is BEYOND ahead schedule with his progress. He remains on antibiotics to clear the pneumonia, anti-seizure meds, and blood thinners(to help prevent blood clots). Tay even got to eat a blizzard today and he kept saying yumm. Please keep praying for continued healing and peaceful rest at night time. He still has quite a road that lies ahead of him but he is beyond capable. We are so thankful to each and everyone of you for your prayers and support. Taylor is loved beyond words.
