This is all well & good, especially as I am a Black Puerto Ricsn with s visual disability but what happened to being inclusive? Why are Americans with disabilities not part of this legislation? Are we so protected against voting discrimination? Is no one awere or concerned with what the New York Legislators are attempting to do regarding bringing back inaccessible voting systems? Are the needs of racial minorities greater than those with disabilities? Or, is it that this injustice & disenfranchisement is not occurring in your State, YET? I am all about the right to vote for everyone in the same way as everyone else however, individuals with disabilities are a part of the whole hence, EVERYONE!
