This is always a tricky situation for us to be in. We have a policy that if someone wants to send an arrangement out anonymously, that is fine, as long as we can tell the recipient who they are from If they call and ask us. There is a reason behind this policy, we were in the middle of a stalking situation and of course did not know it. The woman was scared and yes we did provide her and police with the name. Hence the policy. We have lost more orders than I can say because of this and I am very sorry ,but you have to understand our side of it. ...... Yes we lost another order today, that is why I am posting this. Frustrated .
