This is an attempt by the Democratic Party to use distorted facts and sheer nonsense to keep Perry from becoming our next President. The media used all their power to discredit him before. It is because he is one of the fiscally conservative constitutional conservatives who is NOT in on the NWO. He has become wildly popular with the press because of his ability to lead, instead of follow at the Texas border. He is clearly seen as a threat, or the dirty politics, being played out in COURT (of all things) would not have occurred at all.
