This is an awesome article I read earlier today with testimonies on how panic attacks feel like. I was wondering, how does a panic attack feel to you? To me, it feels like i was injected with electricity and my blood cells turned into small rocks that are being electrified, like something heavy is sitting on my chest and I cant breathe so I start to hyperventilate and even cry at times (even without being conscious of it), like my skin is made for peeling and I want to rip it apart, like Im on fire and Im tied to a post and I try to break free but I cant no matter how desperately and how hard I pull at the ropes. I feel light-headed and like a malfunctioning robot. I feel nauseated and I start to feel acid and bile rise up my throat. I dont know, panic attacks suck and they feel awful, I even thought i was having heart failure once because I felt so badly and in pain. To all of those suffering from panic attacks- the feelings are temporary. Its okay. Breathe and youll get through it
