This is an ongoing issue with this company ACROSS CANADA! They need to be exposed as the rip off they are. I pay $75/month for 5mb/s speeds but am lucky if I get 1! Now I am sitting without Internet for the third time in a year. The last time it took almost 6 months of phoning 3 times a month to get a technician to fix it. I had to pay an additional $50 for them to come here to fix it under warranty! I also had to threaten them with media exposure and smashing their equipment and mailing it back to them in tiny little boxes COD! Would be great for some help here as they have a monopoly on the area and almost every person I have spoken to online in my area has this issue with xplornet! Their Facebook page is loaded with people across Canada with the same issues also! If you can help please message me.
