SS895406 The 10 mile route will visit Dunkery Beacon, Exmoor’s highest point at 1704 feet, via Bronze Age Cairns with magnificent views up the Bristol Channel to Weston-Super- Mare, across towards Cardiff, and Porthcawl opposite, on to Swansea and the Gower, with the Black Mountains as a back drop. Keep a sharp eye open for wildlife, Red Deer in the Cloutsham area and Autumn colours everywhere.
