Other than the fact you earned it, I have identified three points that I believe justify whether it’s my money or somebody else’s. It probably would mean: You could take it wherever you want. You could spend it on whatever you want. You could spend it whenever you want. So, if another entity — government or another regulatory body — had an influence on those three basic points, to me it means your money may not be as much yours as you think.
