This is awesome advice for anyone considering paying down their mortgage early. I have always argued that theres better investments to put your extra money in versus paying down your mortgage but worst case scenario you need to make sure you are funding your retirement first. Please let me know if you ever have questions on things like this as Im very passionate about financial leverage and the time value of money.
