This is by far the best religion-related debate that I have ever watched. The audio can be pretty bad at times, but as far as the content goes, this is about as good as it gets. Both Alvin Plantinga (theist) and Richard Gale (atheist) are excellent philosophers who present their arguments in a rigorous way. Ever since Dawkins, Harris and their sort have arrived on the scene, the quality of religious debate has declined sharply. The typical internet atheist spends most of his time debating Young-Earth Creationists - low-hanging fruit indeed. People always have an unfortunate tendency criticize the weakest defenders of positions they disagree with, so as to make their own arguments look stronger than they really are. Its a same that loudmouthed buffoons like Sam Harris and Ray Comfort get more attention than real thinkers like Plantinga and Gale.
