This is capitalism, making a profit off of what is a basic human need for survival. This is why I am a communist. Im so sick of this country taking a moral high ground and lecture the rest of the world on rights when they have no respect whatsoever for its own people, their needs and rights. We can find billions to kill and destroy around the world but no money to supply our own people with water. This country is upside down and needs change. People in Detroit should occupy the water works and shut off the whole city until water for all can be restored.
