This is clearly what I meant when I criticized Trevor Timm for hunting the wrong culprit: its Feinstein holding the keys. Feinstein writes to Holder to delay any document on the SSCI executive summary FOIAd by Jason , as any release prior to the official one would be inappropriate and likely to affect any redaction (in the latter, shes correct!) Even more so, she demands to halt any FOIA relative to CIA documents Jason and the Jedi master attorney, Jeffrey , would have also asked for. Its unprecedented, and needs to be denounced more virulently. (Props to both for never giving up!)
