This is day 22 of my healthy eating - lifestyle change. Saturday I joined weight watchers online and I love it. It is sooooo easy to enter the food you eat and keep track of the points. And I like how you can look food up and see what the points are before deciding what to have. I dont feel like I am dieting This is what I ate today Breakfast 1 whole wheat English muffin with 2 Tbl of chunky peanut butter Midday snack Half an apple and a piece of string cheese Lunch Spinach and herb tortilla Greek yogurt cream cheese (instead of lite mayo today) 4 oz of turkey Spinach Chopped green onion Dinner 3 oz of salmon French style green beans Sliced tomato Dessert 1 cup of Kroger deluxe churned - no sugar added, less fat cherry cordial ice cream (that is to die for) 1 piece of Sees raspberry cream dark chocolate All this and still staying within my allotted points Now how can this be considered dieting ?? 😄
