This is done by the Matt Garcia Foundation. I know many help out, but I do believe TC, Matts Mom does a lot to keep this going. I must confess Teresa in one of my heroes. The last Saturday of each month this group meets and does various things around the City of Fairfield. Sometimes they pick up litter, other times they may work fixing up a park, or they may cover up graffiti. I would love to see some members in this group help when they can. You do not have to commit. You just show as you can. The Matt Garcia Foundation is trying to keep the dream of Matt Garcia alive. Matt was our City Councilman that was slain down by a bullet in Cordelia Village (A.D. Seeno Housing Track.) Matts dream was to constantly keep improving Fairfield. RIP Matt, 707 well see you in Heaven.
