This is exactly what I said would happen. I even had Conaways staff contact him on the floor just before he spoke against Obamacare and had him get with one of the representatives who was a doctor and get informed on the term non-compliant. He even used it in one of his townhalls on Obamacare...one of the few times I thought Mike Conaway was doing his job. Since theyre starting to base payment on results they put the doctor in the position of diagnosing you as non-compliant and dropping you if the Standards of Care put out by that Death Panel are not met. He will get paid for that time probably, but hell drop you as a patient because he will not be paid for your care thereafter. And any other doctors will not pick you up because you are now labeled non-compliant so theyre not going to get paid. My example was the use of the HgbA1c lab to determine outcome. Thats the lab which averages blood sugar level over a 3-month period. But they can use anything...weight, diet, blood pressure, age...absolutely anything just by putting parameters into the Standards of Care.
